Introduction: EML4- ALK and EGFR are the major driver mutations in the pathogenesis of Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).

Methods: A retrospective observational study was done. The goal was to establish the clinical profile of patients with EML4 - ALK and EGFR mutation independently, to aid in early identification and provide early targeted therapy.

Results: 44 patients with Non Small Cell Lung Adenocarcinoma were studied out of which 21(47.7%) were detected EML4-ALK-positive and 23(52.3%) were EGFR-positive.
