INTRODUCTION: Clear rhinorrhea is commonly seen in the setting of nasal continual positive airway pressure therapy for obstructive sleep apnea [1]. Rhinorrhea also raises the clinical suspicion for leakage of cerebrospinal fluid, particularly in the context of recent trauma or surgery.
