PURPOSE: The objective of the study was to determine whether vascular biomarkers correlate with 6-minute walk distance (6MWD) and New York Heart Association Functional Class (NYHA-FC) in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) enrolled in the Oral Treprostinil in Combination with an Endothelin Receptor Antagonist and/or Phosphodiesterase-5 Inhibitor for the Treatment of PAH (FREEDOM-C2) trial.
