SESSION TITLE: Pulmonary Hypertension

SESSION TYPE: Original Investigation Slide

PRESENTED ON: Monday, October 24, 2016 at 04:30 PM - 05:30 PM

PURPOSE: Home oxygen use is a widely acceptable component of general treatment and supportive measures in PAH. The class of recommendation and level of evidence for oxygen therapy is I-C. Home oxygen therapy has been shown to reduce mortality in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, but less is known about its benefits in patients with PAH. We report baseline characteristics and clinical outcomes in PAH patients on oxygen therapy in the REVEAL registry.
