INTRODUCTION: Erdheim-Chester disease (ECD) is a rare multisystem disease characterized by non-Langerhans histiocytic inflammation. Bone involvement is nearly universal, and often used as a cornerstone for diagnosis.1,2 We report on pulmonary involvement in ECD without concurrent bone involvement.
