INTRODUCTION: Relapsing polychondritis (RP) is a recurrent, progressive autoimmune disease with antibodies targeting type II collagen. Laryngotracheal involvement is reported in 20-67% of patients, and is a major cause of morbidity and mortality . The diagnosis is often delayed due to lack of characteristic features and physician unfamiliarity with the condition.
