INTRODUCTION: Tracheal lacerations are rare events with unclear optimal therapy; some advocate a surgical approach while others favor conservative management. We report the first case of persistent tracheopleural fistula successfully treated with endobronchial administration of fibrin glue and 2-octylcyanoacrylate (Dermabond).
