INTRODUCTION: Bronchial stenosis is a known complication of mediastinal radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). There are 14 documented cases of endobronchial treatment for symptomatic bronchial stenosis caused by radiotherapy. We discuss a case of radiation induced bronchial stenosis in a patient with NSCLC who presented with wheezing and shortness of breath and underwent flexible bronchoscopy with balloon dilation resulting in complete relief of his symptoms.
