PURPOSE: Lung Partners is a Primary Respiratory Care disease management program for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (COPD) patients. The Primary Respiratory Therapist performs disease management assessments and spirometry. A large number of patients were found not to have obstruction on spirometry. The purpose of this study was to learn more about these patients.
