PURPOSE: Understanding COPD patients’ expectations from treatment is a major element in establishing the adequacy of and compatibility with a certain therapy. Concordance is a recent term applied in healthcare, reinforcing the agreement between patients and physicians in the therapeutic decision.This project aimed to evaluate for the first time the concordance of treatment goals between patients and physicians in COPD management in Romania. The results of the interim analysis are here presented.
