INTRODUCTION: Amyloidosis is characterized by extracellular accumulation of abnormal protein derivatives. Pulmonary involvement is present in up to 50% cases of systemic amyloidosis, however, localized isolated pulmonary amyloidosis extremely rare.1 We present a case of focal nodular pulmonary amyloidosis presenting as recurrent pneumonia.
