INTRODUCTION: Chylothorax is an unusual cause of pleural effusion, typically caused by trauma or malignancy. Recurrent effusions are often resistant to conservative treatment and might require surgery. We present a unique case of recurrent chylothorax secondary to a rare malignancy that completely resolved with monoclonal antibody therapy.
