INTRODUCTION: Tuberculosis (TB) is the most common cause of lymphocytic peritonitis. Peritoneal TB needs to be excluded in patients from high risk countries. We present the unusual case of a young patient with lymphocytic peritonitis who was diagnosed with end stage gastric adenocarcinoma.
