INTRODUCTION: Massive hemoptysis is an entity with high mortality and need for rapid recognition of underlying etiology. Aspergillus infection, more specifically, aspergilloma, is a common cause of massive hemoptysis. However, chronic aspergillus-associated pulmonary artery aneurysms (PAA) are less documented as etiologies of hemoptysis. Prompt understanding of the underlying pathology and rapid intervention with angiography is of paramount importance in the reduction of mortality.
