PURPOSE: Endoscopic vacuum therapy is a rational treatment options for intrathoracic anastomotic leak after esophagectomy. We treated recurrent intrathoracic anastomotic leak with endoscopic vacuum therapy, which had been cured by the same method, and hereby we reported.
