PURPOSE: To study the early prevention and nursing of the clinical effect of chronic bronchitis and emphysema.

METHODS: Choose 65 cases in our hospital accepts as observation group of patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema, the integrated prevention and early nursing intervention measures. Early in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed accepts the clinical data of 64 patients with same conditions, its early for routine care, compared two groups of the patient's quality of life after nursing, nursing satisfaction survey two groups of patients.

RESULTS: In different nursing cases, the patient's quality of life for the observation group (89.09 + / - 5.37), significantly higher than the control group patients (73.36 + 5.31), statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); Observation group of patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema nursing satisfaction was 93.84%, significantly higher than the control group 78.12% of the patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema, statistically significant difference (X2 = 6.034, P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONS: The early nursing intervention in patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema, the attack rate of patients with emphysema is greatly reduced, and the patient's quality of life and nursing satisfaction was significantly elevated, worthy of clinical popularization and application.

CLINICAL IMPLICATIONS: The attack rate of patients with emphysema is greatly reduced, and the patient's quality of life and nursing satisfaction was significantly elevated, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
