PURPOSE: The purpose is to explore the budesonide with terbutaline inhalation treatment of asthma and nursing care benefits.

METHODS: Select 96 cases of asthma patients as research subjects were randomly divided into: the observation group and the control group, the control group received usual care, observation group were given comprehensive care were compared patient satisfaction and quality of care score.

RESULTS: The experimental group 97.9% patient satisfaction, 70.8% higher than that of, there was a significant difference (<0.05); the experimental group, the quality of care score was (98.25 ± 1.46) points higher than that of (91.34 ± 1.26), the difference was more significant (<0.05).

CONCLUSIONS: Atomization, during and after a comprehensive asthma care nursing intervention can significantly improve patient satisfaction, improve quality of care.

CLINICAL IMPLICATIONS: It's deserved to recommend to use Budesonide with terbutaline inhalation treatment of asthma care and nursing effect analysis
